The Food and Beverage course equips students with the thorough understanding and useful skills needed to provide efficient service in the hospitality sector.  It includes important topics such bar operations, menu knowledge, beverage varieties, cleanliness and safety regulations, customer service, and food service operations.  Students will obtain practical experience in managing, preparing, and serving food and beverages in a variety of service environments, such as hotels, restaurants, and events.  In order to guarantee excellent guest experiences and job preparedness in the food and beverage industry, the course also places a strong emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, and communication.
